A month ago I would have thought this is crazy. Today I will roast inside a giant Rubbermaid bin to keep the elements out...

Roasting must charge forward into any/all weather conditions. ;)

You will get used to it and eventually you will use the cold temps to your benefit as you plan your ramp and hold points. Well that or you start buying retail bean, hahaha!

Retail bean to me is like that whimpy emergency donut tire in your trunk.

It will get you out of a jam but you can't drive on it for any longer than absolutely necessary.

Yeah but you left out the part where that emergency tire looks bad, smells bad and tastes bad.

How does it go...

You can't make a silk latte from a rubber tire.

Or something like that.

Bhaha! Enjoy your tea. ;-)

That wasn't me.... I have loads of coffee.

Somebody put a bad quote on me. I just roasted a batch for next week. ;)

I see that now, it didn't make sense at the time. I've got a little vid of Keegan enjoying 'your' 4 ouncer from this morning. Keep your eye open for it.
