The Honduran was excellent, the Clover really showed off it's ability to add transparency to this cup and it presented a really wide stage. Brown sugar, standing in the middle of an apple orchard, small strawberries in the background, warm summer breeze, dry grape notes, some bright green, tight, comfortable, etc. Lots of things fired across the neurons. A lot going on, on that big stage, but not confusing or competing it just all seemed to work.

How did it taste?
Is it a prerequisite that baristas have piercings in their nose and mouth?
Jeff
I lost count after three piercings.

I really liked it.
Thanks. That sounds like what a good Honduras tastes like.
